We have an 8×12′ and an 8×20′ Chicken Coop that houses up to 32 hens. The 8×20′ includes an 8′ outside enclosure. Moreover, both have 3 2×3 windows, 2 36″ doors, 1 of the 36″ doors features a transom window & there’s an additional “doggie door”, for access to an outside pen, or the enclosed area on our 8×20′ model. Furthermore, we utilize our Luxgard Rubberized Flooring for easy cleaning & maintainence. Reversible Roll Out Chicken (36″) Nest Box (Up To 32 hens)
Our chicken coop offers, “The Best Nest Box®” a 36″ roll out nest box (also called a rollaway nest box) that has a sloped floor which causes eggs to roll away from the hens to a collection area. This roll out feature keeps the eggs clean and unbroken and all in one place for easy collection.

Uses a precisely sloped floor which allows eggs to roll out or away from hens to a separate convenient and protected collection area where they stay clean and unbroken. -
Our Dual floor system
keeps the nest box cleaner. The wire mesh collection area allows easy and quick cleaning and debris to escape nest box. AstroTurf nest pad in laying area gives hens a more comfortable hygienic area for laying.
- The community style nest box
does not have any walls or dividers in the laying area. The laying area is one continuous open space. This differs from divided nest boxes that have walls/dividers between the spaces where hens lay. As a result, our community style nest box helps alleviate overcrowding issues.
- The reversible collection area
can be easily configured at any time as a front or rear roll out to fit your needs. - Keeps hens out of the nest box at night
The perch bar can be placed in the up position after egg collection to close off access to nest box and keep hens from dirtying the nest box at night. You can rotate the perch bar down after the hens have roosted elsewhere to allow access for laying the next morning. This step can be automated with the PerchPopper. (Can be purchased separately) - The V-shape durable vinyl curtains
gives hens easy access to the nest box and also a sense of a safe and secure nesting area. - The Egg Guard protects eggs
with an angled metal egg guard to discourage hens from reaching the eggs in collection area.

The Lofted Barn comes with a loft in each end. 8′ wide buildings come with a single shop built door. 10′ and wider come standard with double shop built doors.
